Our Story
The Student Innovators Collective started inside RITSEC, RIT's largest student-run cybersecurity organization, where Camden ran a mentorship program and found that getting paid to work for real clients teaches you more than any classroom project.
What started as a mentorship group became a full freelance agency. When you work with us, you're getting people who care whether the work actually holds up. We don't take shortcuts, and we don't charge for hours we didn't need to spend.
Our background is in cybersecurity, so whether the work is infrastructure, automation, or content, we bring the same attention to detail that security work requires.

Our Work
Network & System Administration
Designed and deployed a production VPN relay network spanning 16 global regions across EU, Americas, and Asia-Pacific. A Swiss entry server fans out to regional proxy/exit nodes, with full observability via Prometheus and Grafana monitoring all 17 servers. Sole infrastructure engineer: architecture, provisioning, OpenVPN configuration, routing, iptables, and alerting.
Lead Generation & Automation
Built a full go-to-market automation stack: n8n workflows for contact discovery and enrichment, cold email infrastructure with warmup and sequencing strategy, and organic LinkedIn/Threads content for inbound lead generation. Full funnel from ICP definition through qualified lead delivery at ~$0.30–0.40/contact.
Information Security & Compliance
Secured industrial control systems in a national competition built around an oil rig cybersecurity incident. Conducted DISA STIG vulnerability scans, analyzed HMI-PLC connections, hardened infrastructure, and kept services running while responding to simulated breaches. Placed 9th of 93 competing teams across 73 universities.
3D Modeling & CAD
Led the mechanical design of the avionics bay for an L2 high-power rocket at RIT. A multi-layer stackable chassis housing flight computers, batteries, and GSM modules across four tiers inside a precision-fit cylindrical shell. 217-component OnShape assembly, designed for shock loads at apogee and ejection charge forces.

Web & SaaS Development
Full-stack SaaS platform for managing colocated SMTP infrastructure. Covers server health monitoring, IP reputation tracking with automated blacklist checks, domain and mailbox provisioning with DNS verification (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warmup sequencing, and campaign sending with spintax and smart IP rotation. Built as sole engineer across database, backend, workers, and the React/Next.js frontend.

Camden started the agency out of a RITSEC mentorship program after 8 months of independent contracting. He's worked with 25+ clients across security infrastructure, automation, and go-to-market projects, and is finishing his MS in Cybersecurity at RIT in May 2026.
Associate · BS Cybersecurity
Ethan was one of two students who followed through when Camden opened the agency to a group of seven. He locked in his first contracts quickly and has a track record of clear client communication. Currently in his second semester of the BS Cybersecurity program at RIT.
